Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Competency area will be 'the whole region (Africa-Asia-Oceania)
with focus on Russia, Turkey, Uzbekistan, China, Indian, Australia
Role:
- Support the C&B Manager through the year end compensation review cycle
- Support the C&B Manager in managing the administration of all deferred bonus awards
- Provide ad hoc analysis & support to the C&B Manager as required throughout the year
- Owning & managing the Compensation Review System throughout the year
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
- Support in manage the global compensation review system
- Participate in the migration work (if required) to support the transition into the new HR system (SAP)
- Train and support end user
- Manage training plan and system documentation on C&B topics
Candidate Profile:
- 30 - 35 years old
- 4 - 5 years experience
- Economic or statistical
- Excellent Communication skills verbal and written (English)
- High attention to details
- Highly numerical
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- System literate
- Process orientated
- Previous Compensation experience preferable, benefits experience advantageous
- MS office including Excel (Advanced) and MS Access (Intermediate preferable)
- Flexible and adaptable approach
- Experience of small project management desirable
